Insert for Heating Box
Steaming is the basis for preparing and heating a huge range of meals. A very simple insert combined with controlled induction heat converts the MFU into a perfect steamer.
As in any steamer, the food is heated or cooked with steam. The Induction Oven provides programmes for vegetables, fish, dim sum, sausages or to reheat precooked meals quickly and gently.
Additional applications can be realised easily according to the wishes of the Chef.
